According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days, provided that the product has not been used, its appearance and consumer properties have been preserved, and there is evidence of the fact that the product was purchased from this seller.

If you received a product of unsatisfactory quality, send us a photo of the product showing the defect via e-mail  o: noblepetco@gmail.com or via messenger. After that, we will contact you and agree on the return/exchange process for this product. If it is necessary to return the goods to us, the cost of delivery is paid by the seller.

NOTE: after the expiration of the 14-day period from the moment of purchase, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
