We consult and accept your orders by phone and from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You can place an order through the website 24/7. We will further contact you to finalize the details of your order and discuss the delivery and payment options within a few hours during the business hours or the next day if the order was placed outside the working hours.

Delivery is processed via courier services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Justin) throughout the territory of Ukraine.

We do not deliver dog beds to the Nova Poshta branch up to 5 kg or post lockers due to the dimensions.

The cost of the product is paid by the customer upon receipt of the product.

We will agree on the date and time of delivery to the pick-up point when placing the order. When receiving the order at the delivery point, you will be able to inspect the product and make payment.
